Jake Brown’s 5 NFL Week 11 Locks Against The Spread

By Jake Brown

Another week, another 2-3 record. That makes me 24-26 on this below mediocre season. Something has got to give…right? Here’s my NFL Week 11 locks against the spread.

1. New Orleans Saints (4-5) @ Carolina Panthers (3-6) (-3.5)

The Panthers sunk back down to earth with their dreadful loss to the Chiefs last week in a game they should have won. It’s hard to expect them to stop the Saints offense, especially as they are fighting for the NFC South.

LOCK: SAINTS

2. Pittsburgh Steelers (4-5) @ Cleveland Browns (0-10) (+8)

The Browns are one of the worst teams in NFL history. That is all.

LOCK: STEELERS

3. Jacksonville Jaguars (2-7) @ Detroit Lions (5-4) (-6.5)

The Jaguars just can’t find a way to win. The Lions offense is surging behind MVP candidate Matthew Stafford. They are tied for the NFC North lead right now. They come home after a bye, refreshed, and ready to keep rolling. Lock them in to beat the Jags by double digits.

LOCK: LIONS

4. Arizona Cardinals (4-4-1)@ Minnesota Vikings (5-4) (-2)

Nothing tells me the Vikings should be favorites against any decent team right now. They can’t block for Sam Bradford. Expect the Cardinals to put together a game plan that makes it a long day for Bradford and that weak run game as they win on the road.

LOCK: CARDINALS

5. Miami Dolphins (5-4) @ Los Angeles Rams (4-5) (+1.5)

Jared Goff is making his first career start. If it took him this long to edge out Case Keenum, all signs point to the Dolphins making his debut miserable.

LOCK: DOLPHINS
