The Jacksonville Jaguars have been all over the place in what has been an overwhelmingly disappointing season. Marqise Lee has been able to come on lately for this offense looking like one of the most dangerous players on the team and he’s showing that he can make an impact on the field in multiple ways.
Lee was able to make the return look easy as he simply used his speed to cut to the sideline and beat out a couple defenders. After getting past the first wave of Texans, Lee hugged the sideline and relied on his legs to take him into the endzone. Lee hasn’t made much of an impact today in the receiving game but is undoubtedly one of the most talented players on that team.
The Jaguars have been out of the playoff picture for a many weeks now as they sit at just 2-11 but hold a lead against the division leading Texans late in the third quarter. Earlier today, Houston benched the $72 million man Brock Osweiler in favor of backup Tom Savage. Savage has looked fairly impressive since being put into the lineup by going 10-15 with 132 yards passing.
